snagging list (1 year).
- Guarantee of all working parts (2 years).
- Ten year structural guarantee (10 years).
- Guarantee of insurance against accidental damage
after completion.
Our guarantor is CEGI : insurance
for the completion of the project to a high standard,
as well as assuring you that the contractual
requirements, for price and completion date, will
